Shri A. H. Joshi (Retd Judge High Court of Bombay & Chairman, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai),  is known in the judicial sphere for his knowledge, sharp reading, and discipline. He is very sensitive about the victim of a crime and he gave justice and compensation to the victim in front of him even though the compensation scheme did not exist. He is committed to the principle of equal justice for all and is the foundation and main guide of the organization.

Shri. Krushna Prakash IPS (Special IGP (Administration), Maharashtra State, Mumbai), known as Ironman and Ultraman, this man is a symbol of devotion to duty. While working in line with the principle of equal justice for all, he came in contact with the founders of DISHA in 2006. He has been guiding DISHA ever since with his vast experience and knowledge.

Shri. Veeresh Prabhu IPS (Additional Commissioner of Police, Central Region, Mumbai) is known as an inspiring personality, very sensitive about the poor and extremely difficult to antisocial elements. He worked tirelessly with DISHA to bring justice to the victims. He is man of principle, who keeps giving advice and encouragement to DISHA to achieve the goal.

Mrs. Tejaswini Khade (Sr Counsel High Court Nagpur) has a reputation as a lawyer who has worked as a public prosecutor and fought for real poor in the High Court. Her dedication is evident from the cases she represented and she has been instrumental in the implementation of the Compensation Scheme under Section 357 A of the CrPC in Maharashtra.

Ms. Rukhmini Dutta (Chief Growth Officer Start-Up!)  has known the work from the very beginning of DISHA and it is because of her support that DISHA’s work has reached and appreciated at different levels in Maharashtra. She continued to guide DISHA on the funding front and build visibility to the cause of justice to the victim.
